The BONEHAM L14440TK is a headless L-series drill bushing liner designed for use in jig and fixture tooling applications. With a 1-3/4 inch inside diameter and a 2-1/4 inch body outside diameter, this liner provides a precise, hardened guide interface for renewable slip or fixed drill bushings. The liner is manufactured from alloy steel and hardened to 60-65 HRC, delivering the wear resistance required for high-cycle drilling operations.
