The bushing features an 11/16-inch (0.6875 inches) inside diameter with a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, a 1-inch body outside diameter, and a length under the head of 1/2 inch. The integral head seats flush against the jig plate, preventing axial movement under tool load. Installation is permanent — this bushing is not renewable once pressed into place.

Installation Notes
