The BONEHAM H484KK is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing designed to guide drill bits with precision in jig and fixture applications. It features a 27/64 inch inside diameter and a 3/4 inch body outside diameter, with a 1/4 inch length under the head. Manufactured from steel hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, this bushing delivers the wear resistance and dimensional stability required for repetitive drilling operations in production and maintenance environments. It is installed by press fitting directly into a drill jig plate without the need for a locking mechanism.

This bushing is suited for use in drill jigs and fixtures across a wide range of manufacturing and machining environments, including metalworking shops, fabrication facilities, and MRO operations.
