The BONEHAM H4812JQ is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools accurately during drilling, reaming, and boring operations. Machined from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, this bushing resists wear under high-cycle production conditions. The headed design seats against the jig plate surface to control insertion depth without additional fasteners. The inside diameter of 0.375 inches is held to a close tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, ensuring repeatable tool guidance across the life of the bushing. It installs by press fit and does not require additional locking hardware. Machinists, tool and die makers, and jig fixture builders are the primary installers.

This bushing is suited for use in drill jigs and fixture plates where a permanent, non-renewable bushing is required. The 3/4-inch body outside diameter and 3/4-inch length under head make it appropriate for standard jig plate thicknesses common in production machining environments.
