The BONEHAM H408IR is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing machined from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC. It is designed to guide twist drills and reamers with precision in jig and fixture applications. The bushing presses directly into a drill jig plate without a locking collar, making it a permanent installation. The inside diameter is 0.323 inches with a tolerance of plus 0.0001 to plus 0.0005 inches, providing consistent hole location accuracy. The body outside diameter is 5/8 inch and the length under the head is 1/2 inch. Machinists, tool and die makers, and fixture builders install this bushing in production drilling setups requiring repeatable accuracy.

Installation Notes
