The BONEHAM H4016JQ is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing manufactured from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC. It is designed to guide drill bits, reamers, and other cutting tools with precision in jig and fixture applications. The bushing features a 0.375 inch (3/8 inch) inside diameter and a 0.625 inch (5/8 inch) body outside diameter, with a 1 inch length under the head. The headed design seats flush against the jig plate, providing a positive stop during installation. This part is non-renewable and permanently pressed into the tooling plate. Machinists, tool and die makers, and fixture builders are the primary installers.
