The BONEHAM H325HG is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing manufactured from hardened steel for use in jig and fixture applications. It features a 0.250 inch inside diameter (Letter E), a 0.500 inch body outside diameter, and a 5/16 inch length under the head. The head outside diameter measures 39/64 inch and the head height is 7/32 inch. Hardness runs 60 to 65 HRC, and the inside diameter tolerance is held to +0.0001 to +0.0004 inch, providing precise drill guidance and repeatable hole location. Machinists, tool and die makers, and production fixture builders install this bushing to control drill, reamer, or boring tool alignment across repeated operations.

Installation Notes
