The headed design includes a 39/64 inch head outside diameter and a 7/32 inch head height, providing a positive stop against the jig plate. An inside diameter tolerance of plus 0.0001 to plus 0.0004 inches ensures accurate, repeatable hole location. This bushing is permanently pressed into the jig body and is not designed for renewal or replacement in the field.
