It features a 0.204 inch inside diameter (wire size No. 6), a 1/2 inch body outside diameter, and a 1/4 inch length under the head. The head outside diameter measures 39/64 inch with a head height of 7/32 inch. It installs by press fit without the need for locking mechanisms, making it a fixed, non-renewable bushing suited for permanent jig setups. Machinists, toolmakers, and precision fabricators are the primary installers.
