The BONEHAM H3212U is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools with precision in jig and fixture applications. It features an inside diameter of 0.277 inches (Letter size J) with a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0005 inches, a body outside diameter of 0.5 inches, and a length under head of 0.75 inches. Constructed from steel, this bushing is pressed permanently into a drill jig plate and does not rotate or lift out during use. It is installed by toolmakers, machinists, and fixture builders working in production drilling and reaming setups.

The H3212U is suited for permanent installation in drill jigs used in metalworking and manufacturing environments where consistent hole location is critical across repeated operations.
