The BONEHAM H3212FZ is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing designed to guide cutting tools accurately during drilling, reaming, and boring operations. Manufactured from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, this bushing resists wear under repeated tooling cycles. The headed design provides a positive stop against the jig plate surface, maintaining consistent depth and alignment. With a 0.196 inch inside diameter, a 1/2 inch body outside diameter, and a 3/4 inch length under head, it meets ANSI standards for precision jig bushing applications.
