The bushing features a 0.201 inch inside diameter (wire size No. 7), a 13/32 inch body outside diameter, and a 3/8 inch length under the head. It installs without threading or locking collars, pressing directly into a prepared hole in the jig plate. Machinists, toolmakers, and fixture builders are the primary installers. Inside diameter tolerance is held to +0.0001 to +0.0004 inches for close-tolerance guidance.

This bushing is suited for production drilling operations where a fixed, non-renewable guide is acceptable.
