The BONEHAM H208EQ is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing designed to guide drill bits and other cutting tools with precision in jig and fixture applications. Machined from steel, this bushing installs without fasteners — press fit directly into the jig plate. The inside diameter measures 0.152 inches (wire size 24), the body outside diameter is 5/16 inches, and the length under the head is 1/2 inch. The head outside diameter is 27/64 inches with a head height of 1/8 inch. Machinists, toolmakers, and fixture builders install this type of bushing when a permanent, non-renewable guide is required.

Type H headed drill bushings are used in production drilling, reaming, and tapping fixtures where the bushing must be permanently retained in the jig plate. The head seats flush against the top surface of the plate to prevent the bushing from being pushed through under cutting forces. Installation Notes
