The BONEHAM H205EF is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing manufactured from steel for use in jig and fixture applications. It features an inside diameter of 0.1405 inches, sized to accept a No. 28 wire gauge drill bit, with a body outside diameter of 5/16 inch and a length under the head of 5/16 inch. The head outside diameter measures 27/64 inch with a head height of 1/8 inch. This is a permanent, non-renewable bushing installed by press fitting directly into a drill jig plate. Machinists and toolmakers install this type of bushing to guide cutting tools with repeatable accuracy across production runs.

Type H headed drill bushings are used in metal fabrication, machining, and tooling shops where a positive stop against the jig plate is required. Installation Notes
