The BONEHAM H2022EC is a Type H press fit headed drill bushing used to guide drill bits and other cutting tools with precision in jig and fixture applications. It features a 0.136 inch (No. 29 wire gauge) inside diameter, a 5/16 inch body outside diameter, and a 1-3/8 inch length under the head. Manufactured from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, this bushing provides repeatable hole location accuracy under repeated tooling cycles. The headed design and counterbored configuration allow the bushing to seat flush or recessed within a jig plate. It meets ANSI standards for drill bushing dimensions and tolerances.

Installation Notes
