The BONEHAM CB00001126 is a slip-fixed drill bushing designed for use in jig and fixture applications where accurate hole location and repeatable drilling are required. Manufactured from steel, this bushing features an inside diameter of 11/64 inches with a tight tolerance of +0.0001 to +0.0004 inches, ensuring precise drill guidance. The body outside diameter measures 5/16 inches with a head outside diameter of 35/64 inches. The head height is 1/4 inch and the length under the head is 3/4 inches. This style of bushing is installed by machinists, toolmakers, and fixture builders working in metal fabrication, aerospace, and general manufacturing environments.
The CB00001126 is used in slip-fixed bushing applications where a renewable liner bushing is already installed in the jig plate. The slip-fixed style allows the bushing to be locked in place using an LS-1 compatible lock screw, making it suitable for production drilling operations that require consistent positioning across multiple parts or setups. This part is appropriate for both light-duty and moderate production drilling fixtures in shop and plant environments.
Designed for use with LS-1 compatible lock screws and installed into a matching renewable liner bushing seated in a drill jig or fixture plate. Compatible with standard slip-fixed bushing applications requiring an 11/64 inches inside diameter and 5/16 inches body outside diameter.
This bushing is installed by machinists or toolmakers into a pre-seated liner bushing in a drill jig plate. Before installation or removal, ensure the workpiece is secured and the drilling equipment is fully powered down. Use the appropriate LS-1 lock screw to secure the bushing in position before beginning any drilling operation. Do not force the bushing into a liner that does not match the specified body outside diameter, as this can damage the seating and compromise hole location accuracy.
