It is a headed, renewable bushing, meaning it can be removed and replaced without disturbing the jig plate. Inside diameter tolerance is held to a tight plus 0.0001 to plus 0.0004 inch range, supporting repeatable hole location across high-volume drilling operations. Licensed machinists and toolmakers are the primary installers.
