The BONEHAM AM00000375 is a headless L-type drill bushing liner designed to guide cutting tools with precision in jig and fixture applications. It features a 10mm inside diameter, a 15mm body outside diameter, and an overall liner length of 12mm. Constructed from steel and hardened to 60 to 65 HRC, this liner provides wear-resistant performance under repeated tooling cycles. Installation is accomplished by press fit, seating the bushing securely within the jig plate without the need for fasteners. This liner is suited for machine shops, toolrooms, and production environments where repeatable hole location accuracy is required.
Headless L-type liner bushings are used in drill jigs and modular fixturing systems to receive slip-renewable or fixed drill bushings. The liner remains permanently pressed into the jig plate while the outer drill bushing can be swapped to accommodate different tool sizes. This AM00000375 liner is appropriate for applications in both prototype and production machining environments where consistent hole position and alignment are critical. Licensed machinists and toolmakers typically select and install this component as part of a jig assembly build or rebuild.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-build component for drill jig and fixture assemblies requiring a headless L-type liner bushing with a 10mm inside diameter and 15mm body outside diameter press fit installation.
Installation of this liner bushing is performed by toolmakers or machinist trades using a hydraulic or arbor press to seat the bushing flush or to the specified depth within the jig plate bore. Ensure the receiving bore is machined to the appropriate press fit tolerance before installation to avoid distortion or misalignment. Never hammer the bushing directly without a proper driver to prevent damage to the bore or bushing face. Once pressed in, verify inside diameter clearance is within spec before assembling the mating drill bushing.
