The ACCUPRO ACC-TBB312 is a solid micrograin carbide boring bar designed for internal diameter turning and boring operations on lathes and machining centers. With a minimum bore diameter of 0.413 inches and a maximum bore depth of 2.5 inches, it handles tight-tolerance work in small-diameter bores. The 5/16-inch shank diameter and 5-inch overall length make it suitable for compact toolholders and CNC turret setups. The bright finish coating and micrograin carbide grade deliver consistent performance in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. This bar is installed by machinists and tool-and-die professionals in production and job-shop environments.
The ACC-TBB312 is suited for internal boring applications in both manual lathe and CNC turning center setups. Its right-hand cutting direction is standard for conventional boring operations where the spindle rotates counterclockwise as viewed from the tailstock.
