The ACCUPRO 2500411 is a 5-flute solid carbide square end mill designed for high-performance milling in ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Built to stub-length proportions, it features a 5/16 inch mill diameter, a 7/16 inch length of cut, and a 2 inch overall length. The 45-degree helix angle promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduces cutting forces during aggressive passes. A TiCN coating adds surface hardness and lubricity, extending tool life in abrasive materials. The micrograin carbide substrate provides the rigidity and edge retention needed for tight-tolerance finishing and light roughing operations. This tool is installed by machinists, toolroom operators, and CNC programmers running vertical or horizontal machining centers.
