The ACCUPRO 10365 is a solid carbide jobber-length drill bit designed for precision drilling in demanding applications. It measures 3/16 inch (0.1875 inch) in diameter and 3 inches overall length, with a 1-1/8 inch flute length. The 150-degree drill point angle and three-flute spiral design promote fast chip evacuation and reduced heat buildup. The bright, uncoated finish is suited for use in a wide range of workpiece materials. Right-hand cutting direction follows standard practice for most drilling setups. This bit is appropriate for machinists, tool and die workers, and maintenance tradespeople who require consistent, repeatable hole geometry in production or repair work.
This jobber-length drill bit is used in metalworking, fabrication, and maintenance environments where carbide cutting performance is needed. The straight cylindrical shank fits standard drill chucks and collet holders. The regular spiral type and 5xD flute-to-diameter ratio make this bit a practical choice for through-hole drilling in ferrous and non-ferrous metals, plastics, and composites. It conforms to ANSI specification standards, falling within the 0.1500 to 0.2000 inch drill bit size range. Package quantity is one piece per unit.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit jobber drill bit for use in standard drill chucks and collet systems accepting a 3/16 inch straight cylindrical shank.
Installation and use should be performed by qualified machinists or tradespeople familiar with rotating cutting tool safety. Ensure the drill chuck or collet is fully secured before operation and verify spindle speed is appropriate for the workpiece material and bit diameter. Do not exceed the rated cutting parameters for solid carbide tooling. Inspect the cutting edges for chipping or wear before each use, as carbide is brittle and susceptible to damage from improper handling or storage.
