Zodiac 10-112-00 Uwf Restrictor Disk Kit 180 280 380

Product Description

The ZODIAC 10-112-00 is a universal wall fitting (UWF) restrictor disk kit designed as a direct replacement part for Polaris pressure-side pool cleaners. The restrictor disk mounts at the wall fitting and regulates water flow entering the cleaner, which is critical for maintaining proper operating pressure and cleaning performance. Supplied in red and blue, the kit gives technicians the correct disk options for various flow-rate requirements. At approximately 0.98 inches in each dimension, the compact metal construction is built to withstand continuous submersion in pool water. Pool service professionals and qualified installers handle this repair as part of routine pressure-side cleaner maintenance.

This restrictor disk kit is used in residential in-ground pool installations equipped with Polaris pressure-side automatic pool cleaners. It installs at the universal wall fitting on the pool wall, directly interfacing with the dedicated booster pump line or main circulation line, depending on the cleaner model. The kit is suited for seasonal servicing, flow-balancing adjustments, or replacement when a worn or missing disk causes the cleaner to lose pressure performance.

Installation Notes

Installation is performed by a pool service professional or qualified technician. Before servicing the wall fitting, shut off the booster pump and isolate the cleaner line at the equipment pad. The restrictor disk seats into the universal wall fitting body - confirm the correct color disk is selected for the target flow rate before reassembly. Verify cleaner tail sweep and wheel RPM after restart to confirm proper pressure is restored.
