The ZING GREEN SAFETY 7106 is a lockout/tagout hasp designed to prevent accidental energization of switches, valves, and other energy-isolation devices during equipment service or repair. Manufactured in the USA from recycled steel, the hasp measures 5 inches in length and 1.5 inches in width. It accommodates up to 6 padlocks simultaneously, with shackles up to 3/8 inches in diameter, making it suitable for multi-trade group lockout procedures. The closed hasp hole measures 1 inch. Pry-resistant tabs provide an added layer of tamper resistance during lockout operations. This hasp is used in industrial and commercial maintenance environments where lockout/tagout procedures are required by OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147. Installation and use of this hasp should be performed by qualified personnel following a written lockout/tagout program in accordance with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147. De-energize, isolate, and verify zero energy state on all applicable energy sources before applying the hasp to any isolation point. Each authorized worker must apply their own padlock to the hasp before work begins and must remove only their own lock upon completion. Do not use this hasp as a substitute for a full LOTO program or attempt to force the hasp onto an incompatible lockout point.
