The York PHE4B3624 is an LX series packaged electric cooling/heating unit that provides 36,000 BTU (3 ton) capacity for outdoor rooftop or ground installation. It is a single-package, single-stage heat pump operating on 1-phase 208/230 V with a SEER2 rating of 13.4. The unit includes condenser, evaporator coil and blower, and requires only utility and duct connections.
