The YG-1 EMB12012 is a 4-flute, single-end square end mill manufactured from solid carbide micrograin stock. It carries a 3/16-inch mill diameter and a 3/16-inch straight-cylindrical shank, with a 7/16-inch length of cut and a 2-inch overall length. Right-hand cutting and right-hand flute spiral geometry make this tool suitable for conventional and climb milling in ferrous materials. The micrograin carbide substrate supports tighter tolerances and longer tool life compared to standard carbide grades in demanding applications.

This end mill is designed for machining steel, stainless steel, superalloys, and titanium - material groups P, M, and S in ISO classification. It is a regular-length tool suited for CNC machining centers, manual knee mills, and benchtop CNC routers where a 3/16-inch diameter is required. Typical applications include profiling, slotting, and light pocketing operations in production shops, tool rooms, and maintenance machining environments.
