The YELLOW JACKET 29805 is a three-pack of 60-inch PLUS II refrigerant manifold hoses in black, designed for HVAC/R service work where reliable, high-pressure connections are required. Each hose features a compact ball valve end with a metal handle engineered to reach tight spaces and retain refrigerant during disconnection. The hose assembly is UL recognized (File SA9737) and carries a minimum burst rating of 4000 psi and a maximum working pressure of 800 psi, making it compatible with R-410A and other high-pressure refrigerants. Minimum bending radius is 6 inches. These hoses are installed by licensed HVAC technicians performing system evacuation, charging, and refrigerant recovery procedures.
These hoses are suited for residential and commercial HVAC/R service applications where R-410A or similarly high-pressure refrigerants are in use. The compact ball valve ends are particularly useful when working in confined equipment areas such as rooftop units, closet air handlers, or tightly packed condenser sections. The full-flow valve design accepts standard gaskets and valve openers, keeping the connection process straightforward without additional adapters. The set of three hoses covers the standard red, yellow, and blue manifold gauge port arrangement.
Designed for use with standard 1/4-inch refrigerant manifold gauge sets and recommended for R-410A systems. Full-flow valve accepts standard gaskets and valve openers, providing broad compatibility with common manifold gauge equipment used in residential and commercial HVAC/R service.
Installation and service work involving refrigerant hoses must be performed by an EPA Section 608 certified HVAC technician. Always recover or isolate refrigerant and confirm system pressure has equalized before disconnecting hoses. Inspect hose ends and gaskets for wear or damage before each use, and replace gaskets if any signs of deterioration are present. Do not exceed the rated maximum working pressure of 800 psi during service procedures.
