The XTRWELD WCS2/0B-250 is a 250-foot reel of 2/0 AWG welding cable rated at 600 volts, manufactured in the USA. The conductor uses a rope-lay, bunch-stranded construction with a paper separator, enclosed in a low-smoke halogen-free (LSHF) EPDM jacket that resists abrasion. The black jacket color and flexible stranding make this cable well suited for demanding welding environments where durability and conductor flexibility are both critical. Rated at 400 amps at 50 feet, it delivers the current capacity required for heavy-duty welding leads and related power connections. It is SAE J1127 compliant and RoHS compliant.
This cable is designed for use in stingers and whips, welding leads, and ground clamp assemblies. It also serves battery-related applications including chargers and wire harnesses. The LSHF EPDM jacket holds up to heat, oil, and mechanical abuse on job sites where welding cable takes consistent punishment. This is a single-reel, 250-foot unit sold by the foot with a minimum quantity of 250 feet, making it appropriate for shops, service contractors, and field welding operations that need a full reel of certified cable.
Designed for use in stingers, whips, welding leads, ground clamp assemblies, battery chargers, and wire harnesses requiring a 600-volt, 2/0 AWG flexible welding cable with an LSHF EPDM jacket.
Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or certified welding professional in accordance with applicable NEC guidelines for welding cable applications. De-energize and lock out all equipment before making or breaking cable connections. Inspect the EPDM jacket for cuts or abrasion before placing the cable in service. Avoid sharp bend radii during routing to preserve the stranded conductor integrity.
