The WINTERS PFP852-25FF-SG. is a liquid-fillable analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in industrial and mechanical systems. It features a 2.5-inch dial with a dual scale readout and a measurement range of 0 to 5000 psi. The gauge is glycerine-filled to dampen needle vibration and protect internal components in high-cycle or pulsating pressure applications. The case is 304 stainless steel, wetted parts are stainless steel, and the Bourdon tube is 316 stainless steel. Accuracy is rated at 1.6 percent of scale, meeting ANSI/ASME Grade 1A requirements. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and mechanical contractors install this gauge on high-pressure systems requiring reliable, continuous pressure indication.
This gauge is suited for residential and commercial installations where fluid or gas pressure must be monitored at or near the pressure source. The back-mount, 1/4-inch NPT connection allows direct in-line or panel installation. The glycerine fill makes it a practical choice for pumping systems, hydraulic circuits, steam lines, and compressed gas applications operating within its rated temperature range of -40 degrees F to 250 degrees F. The polycarbonate lens resists impact and provides a clear view of the dual-scale dial in field conditions.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation gauge for systems requiring a back-mount, 1/4-inch NPT, 2.5-inch dial pressure gauge rated to 5000 psi.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanical contractor familiar with high-pressure piping systems. Isolate and depressurize the system completely before removing any existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply an appropriate thread sealant compatible with the system fluid to the 1/4-inch NPT male threads, following IPC or IFGC guidelines as applicable. Do not overtighten the threaded connection, as damage to the gauge socket or pipe fitting can result.
