The WILLIAMS COMFORT PRODUCTS JHWISSXM915 is a 1/2 inch drive Flextension with a 15 MM, 6-point integrated socket designed for demanding engine and heavy equipment applications. Unlike standard hand-tool configurations, this Flextension features a permanently integrated socket and drive extension, eliminating the risk of socket separation during continuous operation. The socket retention pin is TIG welded to deliver full rotational power transfer. Maximum working torque is rated at 160 ft-lbs (1920 in-lbs / 217 Nm). Installed by professional mechanics, assembly technicians, and equipment service pros in manufacturing, fleet, and repair environments.
The JHWISSXM915 Flextension is built for engine assembly lines, heavy equipment repair bays, and production environments where socket drop-out causes costly downtime. The integrated design keeps the socket locked in place through continuous power-tool or hand-tool cycles. The drive end includes a 7/32 inch cross hole bevel for ease of positioning, and the extension allows up to 30 degrees of angle offset to reach fasteners in tight or obstructed locations. Note that this tool is rated for hand tools and impulse or direct-drive power tools only and is not rated for impact tool use.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch drive hand tools and impulse or direct-drive power tools. Not compatible with impact tools. Other lengths and socket sizes are available by special order.
Installation and use of this Flextension should be performed by qualified mechanics or assembly technicians familiar with torque tool operation. Always verify the drive tool is powered off or disconnected before attaching or removing the Flextension. Do not exceed the rated maximum working torque of 160 ft-lbs. This tool is not approved for use with impact drivers or impact wrenches.
