The WILLIAMS COMFORT PRODUCTS JHWISSX924 is a 3/4-inch, 6-point Flextension — a combined drive extension and socket unit built for engine and heavy equipment manufacturing, assembly, and repair. Unlike standard hand-tool socket setups, the integrated design permanently joins the extension and socket, eliminating the risk of disconnection during continuous operation. The socket features SUPERTORQUE lobular openings engineered to deliver greater turning power while protecting fastener heads from deformation. Maximum working torque is rated at 160 ft-lbs (1,920 in-lbs / 217 Nm). The unit is compatible with hand tools and power tools using impulse or direct drive and is not rated for impact tool use.
The JHWISSX924 Flextension is suited for production-line and heavy equipment environments where reliability and uninterrupted workflow are critical. The 1/2-inch drive end features a 7/32-inch cross hole bevel for easier engagement, and the tool allows up to 30 degrees of angle offset, giving technicians access to fasteners in tight or awkward locations. It is appropriate for automotive assembly, industrial maintenance, and fleet repair applications requiring a dependable fixed-socket extension.
Designed for use with hand tools and power tools using impulse or direct drive only. Not compatible with impact tools. Other lengths and socket sizes are available by special order.
Installation and use of this Flextension should be performed by qualified mechanics or industrial technicians familiar with drive tool systems. Verify the drive end is fully seated in the tool before applying torque. Do not exceed the rated maximum working torque of 160 ft-lbs. This tool is not rated for impact driver use under any circumstance.
