The WILLIAMS COMFORT PRODUCTS JHWISFXT414 is a Flextension drive extension with an integrated socket, combining a 3/8 inch drive extension and a 7/16 inch socket into a single, non-removable assembly. Designed for use with hand tools and direct-drive or impulse power tools, this tool delivers up to 30 degrees of angle offset while maintaining full rotational power transfer. The socket retention pin is TIG welded to the drive shaft, eliminating the risk of socket separation during continuous operation. Maximum working torque is rated at 160 ft-lbs (1920 in-lbs or 217 Nm). Built in the U.S.A. and finished in black oxide for corrosion resistance.
Flextensions are used extensively in engine assembly, heavy equipment manufacturing, and repair environments where access to fasteners at an angle is required. The integrated socket design keeps the assembly together under repeated use, making it well suited for production line and shop floor applications where a dropped socket or disconnected extension creates a workflow interruption. The JHWISFXT414 is appropriate for professional mechanics, assembly technicians, and equipment service personnel who need reliable, repeatable torque delivery in tight or offset access points.
Designed for use with 3/8 inch drive hand tools and direct-drive or impulse power tools. Not compatible with impact tools. Other lengths and socket sizes are available by special order through Snap-on Industrial Brands representatives.
This tool is intended for installation and service work by professional mechanics and assembly technicians. Before use, confirm the tool is seated securely in the drive tool. Do not exceed the rated maximum working torque of 160 ft-lbs. This Flextension is not rated for impact tool use and must not be used with impact wrenches or impact drivers, as doing so may cause tool failure or injury.
