The WILKERSON R03-01-G00 is a miniature compressed air regulator from the R03 series, designed to maintain consistent downstream pressure in pneumatic systems. It accepts supply pressures up to 300 psi and delivers regulated airflow up to 13 CFM through a 1/8 inches NPT port. The zinc body keeps the unit compact and lightweight at 1 pound, making it well-suited for tight panel installations or inline use in small pneumatic circuits. A built-in pressure gauge port (1/8 inches thread) and integrated relief function allow technicians to monitor and fine-tune downstream pressure without additional hardware. Industrial maintenance technicians, OEM equipment builders, and instrumentation specialists are the typical installers.
This regulator is intended for compressed air service only and covers a regulated pressure range of 2 to 125 psi, making it appropriate for low-flow pneumatic control circuits, small actuators, and instrumentation supply lines. The miniature form factor fits into space-constrained enclosures where standard-body regulators would not fit. Minimum operating temperature is 32 degrees F, so installations in unheated outdoor or cold-storage environments should be evaluated against the ambient temperature floor before use.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation regulator for compressed air systems using 1/8 inches NPT porting; verify regulated pressure range and flow requirements match the application before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic or instrumentation technician familiar with compressed air system requirements. Depressurize and lockout the upstream air supply completely before threading in or removing the regulator. Use appropriate thread sealant on NPT connections and verify all fittings are leak-free before returning the system to service. Do not exceed the 300 psi maximum supply pressure rating at the inlet.
