The WILKERSON F28-03-SK00B is a general purpose compressed air filter designed to remove contaminants from compressed air lines in industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. Rated at 115 standard cubic feet per minute (SCFM), it accepts a 3/8 inch NPT port connection and fits into modular filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) assemblies as part of the Series 28 lineup. The polycarbonate bowl with integrated bowl guard provides a clear view of the collected liquid level, while the sintered polyethylene filter media captures particulates before they reach downstream equipment. A manual drain and built-in sight glass complete the package. Installation is handled by pneumatic system technicians and millwrights.
This filter is suited for light industrial, manufacturing, and process environments where clean, dry air is required to protect actuators, valves, and air-operated tooling. The modular connection design allows it to be combined with other Series 28 components such as regulators and lubricators to build a complete air preparation assembly. With a minimum operating temperature of -13 degrees F, it can handle cold-environment applications such as outdoor enclosures or refrigerated spaces where condensate management is critical.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and modular component for Series 28 compressed air preparation assemblies requiring a 3/8 inch NPT general purpose filter stage.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply completely before removing or installing any filter component. Mount the filter with the bowl oriented downward to allow proper condensate collection, and verify all NPT thread connections are sealed with appropriate thread sealant per shop standards. Drain the bowl regularly to prevent liquid carryover into downstream equipment.
