The WILKERSON C28-04-FKG0B is a 3-piece filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) combination unit designed to condition compressed air in a single inline assembly. It filters particulates down to 5 microns, regulates downstream pressure, and delivers metered lubrication to pneumatic tools and actuators. Rated to 90 SCFM with a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi, it fits standard industrial and commercial pneumatic systems. The unit ships with a pressure gauge and bracket hardware included. It is installed by industrial maintenance technicians, pipefitters, and pneumatic system specialists.
This FRL combination unit is suited for industrial facilities, manufacturing lines, and commercial pneumatic installations requiring inline air preparation. The 1/2 NPT port size makes it compatible with medium-capacity pneumatic circuits serving tools, cylinders, and valves. The modular connection design allows it to integrate with other Series 28 components. The polycarbonate bowl with bowl guard provides a visible indication of fluid levels and contamination without requiring additional hardware. It is applicable in environments with operating temperatures between -13 degrees F and 125 degrees F.
Designed as an OEM-style inline air preparation unit for pneumatic systems using 1/2 NPT connections; modular connection is compatible with other Series 28 Wilkerson components.
Installation should be performed by a qualified industrial maintenance technician or pipefitter. Depressurize and isolate the compressed air supply completely before removing existing components or installing this unit. Mount the unit upright with the bowl oriented downward to allow proper drainage and oil sight function. Verify all NPT thread connections are sealed appropriately and that downstream pressure does not exceed equipment ratings before returning the system to service.
