The WILKERSON B28-04-FK00B is a single-piece filter/regulator combination unit designed to condition compressed air at the point of use. It filters particulate down to 5 microns while simultaneously regulating downstream pressure, delivering clean, controlled air to pneumatic tools, actuators, and control equipment. Built on the Series 28 platform, the unit features an aluminum body and a polycarbonate bowl with integrated bowl guard. It handles up to 200 SCFM at a maximum supply pressure of 150 psi, making it well suited for moderate to high-flow industrial and commercial compressed air applications. A manual drain allows accumulated moisture and contaminants to be purged during routine service.
The B28-04-FK00B is used in industrial facilities, manufacturing lines, and mechanical rooms wherever a compact inline filter/regulator is needed on a 1/2 NPT compressed air supply. The unit connects via NPT end connections and includes a modular connection feature for ganging with other Series 28 components. It is appropriate for applications where operating temperatures stay within -13 degrees F to 125 degrees F. The 1/4 NPT gauge port allows a downstream pressure gauge to be added if monitoring is required, though no gauge is included. Brackets are not included.
Designed for use within the WILKERSON Series 28 modular FRL system on compressed air lines with 1/2 NPT porting. Compatible with other Series 28 modular components for multi-unit inline assembly.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or pipefitter. Depressurize and lock out the compressed air supply before installing or servicing the unit. NPT threaded connections should be sealed with appropriate thread sealant per facility and applicable code requirements. Do not exceed the rated maximum supply pressure of 150 psi or the specified temperature limits during operation.
