The WILKERSON B18-03-FL00B is a compact, single-piece filter/regulator combination unit designed for compressed air systems in industrial and commercial applications. It combines air filtration and pressure regulation into one compact body, reducing installation footprint and connection points. The unit handles up to 250 psi supply pressure and delivers a flow rate of 158 SCFM through a 3/8 NPT port. The 5-micron filter element removes particulate contamination before regulated air reaches downstream equipment. A manual drain allows technicians to purge condensate from the 1.7-ounce aluminum bowl as part of routine maintenance. This unit is appropriate for pneumatic tool lines, process air systems, and general-purpose compressed air distribution.
The B18-03-FL00B is suited for both residential shop environments and light industrial facilities where a compact inline air treatment solution is required. The Series 18 design supports modular connection, allowing it to be combined with other Series 18 components such as lubricators or additional regulators to build a full FRL train. A 1/4 NPT gauge port is included for field installation of a pressure gauge. The unit operates across a temperature range of -13 degrees F to 150 degrees F, making it compatible with a wide range of indoor and covered-outdoor pneumatic installations.
Designed for use within the Wilkerson Series 18 modular FRL system. Compatible with other Series 18 modular components for expanded air treatment configurations. Suitable as an OEM-style or replacement filter/regulator in compressed air distribution systems using 3/8 NPT connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified pneumatic systems technician or pipefitter. Isolate and fully depressurize the compressed air line before installing or servicing this unit. Ensure inlet and outlet flow direction matches system requirements and that the 3/8 NPT threads are properly sealed with thread sealant tape or compound rated for compressed air service. Consult applicable local codes and OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 lockout/tagout procedures before beginning work.
