The WIKA 9832403 is a glycerine-filled analog pressure gauge designed for accurate pressure monitoring in demanding industrial and mechanical systems. It features a 4-inch dial with a 0 to 300 psi range and a 1/4-inch lower-mount NPT connection. The stainless steel case and stainless steel wetted parts make it suitable for corrosive or washdown environments. Glycerine fill dampens pointer vibration and reduces wear on internal components, extending service life in high-cycle or pulsating-pressure applications. Accuracy is rated at 1 percent of full scale. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and industrial maintenance trades commonly install this gauge on process lines, compressors, pumps, and fluid systems.
This gauge is well suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC refrigerant and water circuits, compressed air systems, and general process piping where a robust, liquid-filled instrument is required. The lower-mount configuration positions the process connection at the bottom of the gauge body, allowing direct inline or panel mounting without additional fittings. The 100-millimeter (4-inch) dial face provides clear readability from a distance in field installations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for systems requiring a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection with a 4-inch dial and a 0 to 300 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial mechanic. Depressurize and isolate the system completely before removing any existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply thread sealant rated for the process fluid to the NPT threads; do not overtighten, as this can damage the threaded port. Verify that the process fluid and pressure range are compatible with stainless steel wetted parts before placing the gauge in service.
