The WIKA 9767240 is a liquid-filled industrial pressure gauge designed for monitoring gas and liquid system pressures in demanding service environments. The gauge features a 2.5-inch analog dial with a 0 to 300 psi single-scale range and a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount connection. Accuracy is rated at 1.5% of scale. The stainless steel 304 case provides corrosion resistance, and the polycarbonate lens resists impact. Liquid fill dampens pointer vibration and extends service life in high-vibration or pulsating-pressure applications. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance personnel are the primary installers of this gauge type.
The WIKA 9767240 is suited for residential and light commercial plumbing, HVAC refrigerant and water circuits, compressed air systems, and process piping where pressure monitoring of gaseous or liquid media is required. The center back mount configuration allows the gauge face to sit flush against a panel or directly on a pipe fitting. The 2.5-inch dial provides a readable display in tight equipment bays or service panels. It is compatible with both gaseous and liquid media as listed in the product specifications.
Designed for use with gaseous and liquid media in industrial, commercial, and residential pressure monitoring applications requiring a 1/4-inch NPT center back mount gauge.
Installation should be performed by a qualified plumber, HVAC technician, or pipefitter following applicable local codes and ASME B40.100 gauge installation guidelines. Depressurize and isolate the system before removing or installing the gauge. Apply thread sealant appropriate for the media to the NPT threads — do not overtighten, as this can crack the gauge socket. Verify the pressure range of the gauge matches the expected system operating pressure before placing the system back in service.
