The WIKA 9767100 is an analog industrial pressure gauge designed for measuring gas and liquid system pressures from 0 to 400 psi. It features a 2.5-inch diameter dial with a single scale readout and mounts via a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection. The case is constructed from 304 stainless steel, and the wetted parts are copper alloy, making this gauge suitable for a wide range of non-corrosive process media. The polycarbonate lens protects the dial face in demanding environments. Accuracy is rated at 1.5 percent of full scale. This gauge is liquid-filled to dampen needle vibration, extending service life in high-vibration installations.
The WIKA 9767100 is suited for HVAC systems, plumbing, refrigeration, compressed air lines, and general industrial process applications where reliable pressure indication is required. The lower-mount NPT fitting allows direct inline or manifold installation. Its liquid-filled design makes it particularly useful in pump discharge and compressor service points where vibration and pressure pulsation are common concerns. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial maintenance professionals are the primary installers.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation pressure gauge for industrial, HVAC, plumbing, and process systems using 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connections compatible with gaseous and liquid media.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified industrial maintenance technician. Depressurize and isolate the system before removing any existing gauge or installing this unit. Apply appropriate thread sealant to the NPT threads before tightening; do not over-tighten, as this can damage the gauge socket. Verify the process media is compatible with copper alloy wetted parts before placing the gauge in service.
