The WIKA 9311934 is an analog pressure gauge designed for industrial and mechanical system monitoring across HVAC, plumbing, and fluid-handling applications. It features a 2-1/2 inch dial face with a measurement range of 0 to 160 psi, making it well-suited for monitoring moderate-pressure systems. The gauge uses a 1/4 inch NPT center back mount connection and installs into panels via a U-clamp mounting configuration. The steel case provides durable housing, while brass wetted parts offer broad compatibility with common system fluids. Accuracy is rated at 3-2-3 percent of scale, which meets general-purpose service requirements for most trade applications.
This gauge is used in residential and light commercial installations where panel-mounted pressure indication is required. The center back mount orientation suits flush or semi-flush panel installations, and the U-clamp hardware simplifies mounting without additional brackets. Typical applications include hydronic heating systems, compressed air lines, water supply systems, and general fluid service panels. The no-fill design keeps the unit lightweight and eliminates liquid migration concerns in non-vibration-intensive installations.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation gauge for panel-mounted pressure monitoring in residential and commercial mechanical systems requiring a 1/4 inch NPT center back connection and U-clamp panel mounting.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber, HVAC technician, or qualified mechanical contractor. Shut off system pressure and relieve line pressure completely before threading the gauge into the port. Apply thread sealant tape or compound to the NPT threads per applicable IPC or IFGC guidelines, and hand-tighten before final torque with an appropriate wrench, taking care not to stress the gauge socket. Do not exceed the rated maximum pressure of 160 psi in service.
