The WIKA 4252951 is a commercial-grade analog pressure gauge designed for general-purpose pressure monitoring across a wide range of plumbing, HVAC, and industrial service applications. The gauge features a 2-inch dial with a 0 to 160 psi single-scale range and mounts via a 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection. Wetted parts are brass, making the gauge suitable for use with water, air, and many common system fluids. The ABS case and plastic lens keep the unit lightweight at 0.15 pounds while providing adequate durability in typical commercial service environments. Accuracy is rated at 3-2-3 percent of scale across the full range.
This gauge is intended for commercial pressure monitoring in residential and light-commercial systems where a compact 2-inch dial fits tight panel or manifold installations. The lower-mount NPT connection allows direct installation into threaded ports on pumps, boilers, air compressors, filter housings, and similar equipment. It ships as a dry, no-fill gauge, making it appropriate for non-pulsating, non-vibration-heavy service points. Licensed plumbers, HVAC technicians, and pipefitters commonly install this type of gauge during system commissioning or as a direct replacement for failed units.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or upgrade gauge for commercial pressure monitoring applications requiring a 2-inch dial, 1/4-inch NPT lower-mount connection, and a 0 to 160 psi range.
Installation should be performed by a licensed plumber or qualified HVAC technician. Always isolate and depressurize the system before removing or installing any pressure gauge. Apply thread sealant or PTFE tape to the NPT threads per local plumbing code requirements, and do not overtighten, as ABS-cased gauges can crack at the connection point if excessive torque is applied. This is a dry gauge and should not be installed in applications with heavy vibration or pulsation without the addition of a snubber or isolator.
