The WIKA 32025A005A4SF is a bimetal dial thermometer designed for accurate temperature measurement in HVAC, plumbing, and industrial process applications. It reads across a range of 0 to 200 degrees F and features a 2.5-inch stem for immersion into pipes, tanks, or ducts. The adjustable angle mount allows technicians to orient the dial face for easy reading after installation without repositioning the entire instrument. The housing is constructed from 18-8 stainless steel, making it suitable for use in corrosive or high-moisture environments. Accuracy is rated at plus or minus 1.0 percent of full scale, which meets the demands of most field service and commissioning work.
This thermometer is commonly installed in residential and light commercial HVAC systems, hydronic heating loops, domestic hot and cold water lines, and equipment skids where a reliable, locally read temperature indication is needed. The adjustable angle stem mount makes it a practical choice in tight mechanical rooms or equipment rooms where dial orientation would otherwise be difficult to achieve with a fixed-mount instrument. Licensed HVAC technicians and plumbers are the typical end users for this style of thermometer.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation bimetal dial thermometer for use with standard thermowell fittings and direct-immersion connections in residential and commercial HVAC, hydronic, and plumbing piping systems.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed HVAC technician or plumber. Shut off system flow and relieve pressure in the pipe or vessel before inserting or removing the stem. Ensure the thermowell or fitting connection matches the stem diameter and thread specification before installation. Do not overtighten the fitting connection on stainless steel threads, as galling can occur without proper anti-seize compound.
