The WIHA 32093 is a 10-piece insulated screwdriver set engineered for electricians and other trade professionals working on or near energized equipment. The set includes four Phillips drivers sized from No. 0 to No. 3 and six slotted drivers with blade widths ranging from 2 millimeters to 6.5 millimeters. Each screwdriver carries full VDE certification and meets EN/IEC 60900, ASTM F1505, NFPA-70E, and CSA standards for 1,000-volt insulated hand tools. Blades are chrome plated, precision machined, and through hardened for wear resistance. The softfinish multi-component cushion-grip handles provide ergonomic control and roll-off protection during use.
This set is suited for residential and commercial electrical work where insulated tooling is required by code or job-site safety protocol. Typical applications include panel work, switchgear service, motor control centers, and any task governed by NFPA-70E arc-flash and shock-hazard requirements. The protective insulation is molded directly onto each driver, not sleeved, providing consistent coverage along the shank. The black precision-machined tips deliver an exact fit in fastener heads, reducing cam-out and fastener damage on sensitive electrical components.
Designed as an insulated hand-tool set for use with standard Phillips and slotted fastener heads across residential and commercial electrical applications where 1,000-volt-rated tooling is specified.
Insulated screwdrivers of this type are installed and used by licensed electricians performing work on or near energized conductors. Always inspect each driver for cracks, cuts, or damage to the insulating sleeve before use — a compromised sleeve does not provide shock protection. Power down and lock out circuits per NFPA-70E procedures whenever possible before beginning work. Do not use these tools as pry bars or chisels, as mechanical abuse can damage the insulation and void the safety rating.
