The WIDIA 6566416 is a solid carbide corner radius end mill designed for demanding material removal in steel, stainless steel, high-temperature alloys, and hard materials. Built on the 7V0E series platform, it features a 3/4-inch cutting diameter, 0.0300-inch corner radius, and seven flutes arranged in a close-pitch, variable-index configuration. The WS15PE PVD coating provides thermal resistance and edge durability suited for both roughing and finishing passes. This tool is single-end, centercutting, and runs right-hand cutting and flute direction. It is sized for use in standard toolholders compatible with 3/4-inch straight-cylindrical shanks.

This end mill is applied in CNC machining centers and manual mills where close-tolerance profiling, slotting, and contouring are required. Installation Notes
