The WERNER pd6208-4c is a fiberglass podium stepladder rated for a 300 lb load capacity at an ANSI Type IA duty rating. Standing 10 ft tall with a maximum standing height of 8 ft and a maximum reach height of 14 ft, this ladder is built for trade professionals who need a stable elevated work platform that can be repositioned frequently. The integrated casters allow the unit to roll between positions without lifting, and the guard rail provides perimeter support at the platform level. The ribbed step treads and wide 16-inch platform support secure footing during extended overhead work.
This podium stepladder is suited for commercial and industrial applications where a worker must remain at an elevated position for sustained periods — electrical rough-in, mechanical installation, painting, or finish work on high ceilings. The caster-equipped base makes it practical in open floor environments such as warehouses, retail spaces, gymnasiums, and large commercial job sites where lateral repositioning is a routine part of the workflow. The 8-step configuration and wide platform accommodate tool bags and small equipment alongside the user.
Designed as an OEM-style fit within the WERNER PD6200-4C series of podium stepladders for commercial and industrial work-at-height applications.
Podium stepladders are set up and moved by trained workers following ANSI A14.5 and applicable OSHA ladder safety regulations. Before climbing, verify the casters are locked and the ladder is fully open on a firm, level surface. Inspect all steps, the platform, and the guard rail for damage before each use. Do not exceed the rated load capacity when accounting for the combined weight of the user, tools, and materials.
