The WERNER k112101 is a complete roofing fall protection kit designed to meet safety and code compliance requirements for roofing applications. The kit packages every component needed for a functional personal fall arrest system into a single waterproof bucket, making jobsite setup faster and reducing the risk of missing parts. It includes a BaseWear harness with tongue buckle leg straps and a back D-ring, a chain roof anchor, a 30-foot Poly-Dac rope lifeline, and a manual rope grab with an integrated 3-foot shock-absorbing lanyard. Licensed contractors and roofing professionals install this system on residential and light commercial roofs across a wide range of pitch configurations.
This kit is suited for residential and light commercial roofing work where a compliant fall arrest system is required by OSHA standards. The included chain roof anchor attaches to the roof structure, the manual rope grab allows hands-free vertical travel along the lifeline, and the shock-absorbing lanyard limits arrest forces on the worker. The waterproof bucket serves as both protective packaging and an on-site storage solution. Roofing contractors, remodelers, and general contractors handling steep-slope work are the primary installers of this system.
Kit includes Harness H312002, Lifeline L201030, Adjuster L210106, and Anchor A210400. Designed as a complete roofing fall arrest system for use on residential and light commercial roof structures across a range of pitches.
Installation should be performed by a qualified competent person as defined by OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Subpart M fall protection standards. The roof anchor must be secured to a structural member capable of supporting the required load — follow the anchor manufacturer load-rating guidance and applicable building codes before attaching. Inspect all harness components, the rope lifeline, and the rope grab for damage or wear before each use. Do not modify any component of the fall arrest system and retire any part that has arrested a fall.
