The WELDAS 44-2106 is a pair of welding spats designed to protect the foot and lower shin during welding and cutting operations. Constructed from select split cowhide, these spats provide heat, flame, and abrasion resistance while maintaining comfortable wear. A stiffened cowhide shoe top cover with a round contour allows spatter to roll off the surface, and the shape-to-fit shin guard conforms to the wearer for a secure, comfortable fit. Double Kevlar stitching and riveted stress points reinforce high-wear areas for extended service life. These spats are sold as a pair.

Spats of this type are used in MIG, TIG, stick, and oxy-fuel operations where spatter, sparks, or slag can damage footwear and cause burns to the lower leg. Installation Notes
