The WEILER 21264 is a helical power tube brush designed for cleaning, deburring, and surface finishing inside tubes, pipes, and bores. The helical fill pattern drives consistent contact along the interior wall of the workpiece, making it effective for removing scale, rust, weld spatter, and light burrs from steel surfaces. The brush mounts via a 1/8 inch stainless steel shank and is rated to 2000 RPM, making it compatible with standard rotary tools and die grinders. It is used primarily by metalworkers, pipefitters, welders, and maintenance technicians working with steel tubing and pipe assemblies.
This brush is suited for light to medium interior cleaning applications on steel tube and pipe stock. Typical use cases include weld prep, post-weld cleanup, deburring drilled holes, and surface conditioning inside tight-bore sections where larger brushes cannot access. The steel fill material is matched to steel substrate work, making it appropriate for ferrous pipe and tube fabrication environments as well as general industrial maintenance tasks requiring rotary tube cleaning.
Designed for use with rotary tools and die grinders accepting a 1/8 inch shank. Intended for interior cleaning and finishing of steel tubes and pipes.
Installation is performed by inserting the 1/8 inch stainless steel shank into the collet of a compatible rotary tool or die grinder and tightening securely before operation. Do not exceed the 2000 RPM maximum rated speed. Always wear appropriate eye protection and ensure the workpiece is secured before energizing the tool. Inspect the brush for worn or broken fill wires before each use and replace if damage is found.
