The WATTS BRASS TUBULAR PL-3039 is a quick connect elbow fitting designed for use with 1/2 inch outside diameter poly or soft copper tubing. It connects to a 1/2 inch male pipe thread (MPT) port, delivering a 90-degree change in direction without the need for compression tools or solder. This fitting is suited for plumbing technicians and service pros working on water supply lines, filtration systems, and similar low-pressure tubing applications. It is not approved for use with steel tubing or in concealed installations, so application selection is critical before install.

This fitting is commonly used in residential and light commercial plumbing where poly or soft copper tubing connects to threaded fittings or valves.
