The WATTS BRASS TUBULAR 3501-1008 is a quick connect adapter fitting designed for fast, tool-free connections in residential and light commercial plumbing systems. It transitions from 1/2 inch Copper Tube Size (CTS) to 1/2 inch Male Pipe Thread (MPT) and handles pressures up to 250 psi. The push-to-connect design eliminates the need for clamps, unions, or specialty installation tools. To connect, simply cut the pipe square, then push PEX, copper, or CPVC tubing into the fitting end until the tubing seats firmly at the internal stop. To disconnect, pull back on the release ring to free the pipe. This fitting is a single-piece unit with no loose components to assemble or misplace. Licensed plumbers and journeymen installers use this adapter for new rough-in work and plumbing repair projects alike.

This adapter is suited for residential and commercial plumbing installations using PEX, copper, or CPVC pipe.
